The Port of Andernach has evolved into one of the major cargo-handling locations along Germany’s Middle Rhine and is operated by Stadtwerke Andernach (Municipal Utilities). Not only is it one of the busiest ports
along the Middle Rhine, but it also offers the most comprehensive of
storage and warehousing capacities.
The Port of Andernach comprises a river port from Rhine river kilometre 611.7 to 612.6 and a harbour basin beginning at Rhine river kilometre 611.7 along the left bank. A modern infrastructure and future-proof service offering fulfil almost all customer requirements.
